I am super happy with the therapist I found with Better Help. I have been in therapy for many years and thought I was taking a break, but due to some life changes, realized I needed some more help. I am living on a farm in the mountains of Virginia, and decided that I would give Better Help a try. I found a great therapist, as it turns out she is the best therapist I’ve ever had!

I’ve been with the service for almost a month, obviously progress isn’t quick for this kinda thing but my therapist is amazing. They took into account my needs and I’ve been connected to therapist with the exact experience I need to help me. The app is great too everything is very easy to work, and makes sense when trying to find things. The main places you will use are all right there and they’ve thought of tons of little helpful things like favouriting messages if you get sent a resource you want to come back to and it sends a few reminders so you don’t forget you session.
