Me experience with this was great for many reasons. First and for most the accessibility of online therapy was very convenient and easy to use. It made it a lot more suitable for me. The website is easy to navigate and very informative. It also gives you a range of options of what therapist to get assigned with. Personally the therapist I was assigned as helped me in more ways than one. Even though we have only been working with each other for a few weeks I have found myself smiling again after years of feeling like smiling was a waste of time. Not only that but she gave me a hopeless person hope in the future again. That is a few reasons why my experience has been great with better help.
