When I contemplated reaching out for some help dealing with my grief I was happy to find this virtual option. They matched me up with a relevant counselor and we were having our first session a couple of days later. I was relieved to use my home office vs going to a public location, because I knew my tears would be flowing. The price is fair and the help was great. I highly recommend going this route!

So many things I love about this app/service. Pick your own format: msg, call or video call. When it suits you: you can book yourself whenever you want Great match with therapist: was paired with someone who understands me from the start. Amazing customer service: from the start (talking about financial difficulties) to finish (supportive and making sure they've done all they can to make the right decision for you. I've recommended it to many people and cannot thank them enough for their help.

Its amazing the first therapist i was put with is wonderful, helpful, respectful, patient, intelligent. I am recommending this to all of my friends who feel a calling to therapy. There are so many valuable skills you can learn to manage your psyche sometimes you just need a caring hand and open ears to pave the way! Just because you are self aware doesn’t make you fixed, if you struggle with consistency in your mentality then this is the app for you. My therapist is really knowledgeable and straight to the point. I recommend better help to any one is need of therapy at the convenience of your home. The schedules are quite flexible too. As early as 6:00 am and as late as 6:00 pm for my therapist.
