I'm very pleased with BetterHelp. It's a terrific platform with great therapists at an affordable cost. I use the written platform, as it gives me time to think in the morning, and then I get my therapist's response later in the day. It's been such a wonderful experience doing therapy with BetterHelp. They also have a great customer service department. If you feel anxious, sad, or unhappy, try BetterHelp. You can do therapy at home in many formats. Life is short. Ask for help. You are not alone.

Working with Christopher Gosa has been a very positive experience for me. Starting therapy was a big step, and from the beginning, he has created an environment where I feel comfortable being open and honest without feeling judged. He doesn’t just listen—he gives me practical tools and different ways to look at situations that I can actually use outside of our sessions. I’ve learned how to slow down, process my thoughts and emotions, replace negative thoughts with healthier ones, and handle difficult situations without immediately reacting out of anger or frustration. I can genuinely see growth in myself since starting therapy. I’m still a work in progress, but I’m learning more about myself, communicating differently, and approaching situations with a clearer mindset. If you’re considering therapy but are nervous or unsure about taking that first step, I would definitely recommend Christopher. Therapy only works if you’re willing to put in the work, but having the right therapist makes a huge difference. I’m grateful for the guidance, accountability, and tools he has given me.

This app and service has so many varieties of groups at various times of the day abd night, making it extremely convenient and they are beneficial as well. I tried 5 groups in my 1st month, and they all had something different to offer. As far as individual therapy, not as plentiful opportunities as the groups but has also been beneficial and professional.

App is very easy to use, they are very patient with concerns and seem to create an environment of help and understanding with prompt support and communication.
