I have never had a need for therapy until recently and I got to the point in my life where I had no choice. I was recommended to this site and it changed my life for the better. My therapist Paula Patterson has walked me through my issues opening my eyes to issues I didn't even know existed. I owe her and this site a great thanks they saved my marriage and my life!!

First time I used betterhelp, I wasn't so into it. As I was depressed for a while and didn't feel I want to talk to anyone. I stopped for a while, until I started feel I cannot ignore myself. so I actively started seeking help. From where I'm from, there's 2years of waiting period. And here we go with better help. Finding a good phycologist is very important, it's very personal, I'm glad I find a good matching one. She's very kind, would always respond my urgent messages, encouraging me, I do feel I had the support from someone even tho we never actually meet in person. I highly recommend betterhelp it's great for people just want the help at the moment, and avoid the excuse of travelling to the clinic.

What’s nice is there is an option for video chat, and messaging at any time. My therapist was very flexible with scheduling. They also have the ability to send hundreds of different worksheets on multiple topics.

Therapy is hard to do but it's something we all need. Whether you're feeling great or feeling down, everyone should do it. Betterhelp gives you that service at your pace. If you're not happy with your therapist, Betterhelp let's you change it. This is definitely something worth looking into if you're even remotely curious about trying it. My therapist has helped me through a lot and I owe it to Betterhelp for giving me the platform to seek the help I need.

I was skeptical at first, but not anymore now that I have BetterHelp. I was never comfortable going to an office sitting face-to-face with a therapist.
