Talking with someone who actually listens and gives insightful feedback is amazing and makes you want to come back. Better Help makes it easy to schedule appointments and my therapist sends me information pertaining to my issues so I can better navigate what I'm experiencing.

Truly one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. I went in to the process of online therapy with a healthy level of skepticism but all of that was knocked away. The platform definitely needs some improvement. But all in all, the quality of therapy I received has turkey changed my perspective on things. My BetterHelp therapist understood immediately what my situation was, her experience, and understanding was what I needed in a therapist. And the therapists are screened for your particular needs. BetterHelp's communication is excellent and all done through telehealth in the comfort of your own home. Her profile is very professional and matches who she really is as a person.
