i had a wonderful experience because i have a wonderful therapist. She knows just what to say, how to say it, and even predicts physical outcomes that may require therapeutic support outside of business hours. that is one thing i feel the this company is doing great, they keep communication open whenever emerency is needed through their platform. IM and attachments and rescheduling made so easy.

You can choose from a wide variety of therapists from around the world and there are options to either call, video or chat during your sessions. My therapist was fantastic, very professional and knowlegeable and she helped me overcome my issues in less than 2 months. Scheduling and use of the app is very easy. For me I always had options to choose evening or weekend slots which worked for me. There are also a lot of online webinars and classes available for no extra cost.
