So far this has been great. The only note is that the financial stuff, especially my subsidy has been hard to find without writing to support.

5 Starts for Tracy Faust, 4 Starts for Betterhelp, It would be 5, yet, a dispute never resolved, yet I look past that, and I am thankfull for my therapist, that truly stands by her practice so well... My (possible) third year coming up with Tracy Faust, loyal, committed, professional, absolutely inspection to aliment with regulations and requirements, not only does Tracy stick to her code of conduct, to perfection, she ethically calls judgement (within her scope of practice), impressively, to precision. - Not only have 'I' (myself), transformed from diploma, to masters degree in education, it's the growth Tracy has been able to support whist doing so. No, it had not been "pritty", it's been rawly glamorous. - with the ups-and-downs, not only had Tracy been understanding, she grows with (I am assuming all client's), I have changed a lot in being Ballanced, and that did include a short brake from therapy, and also minimizing messaging, whist keeping my subscription. She supported the my desition. I can hand-heartedly say, I know I can make the "wrong" desition (getting back with someone that does not serve my health well), without discrimination, or fear or talking about this, Tracy, had continued to work with me to keep my boundaries, as we all may experience, and once out of that situation, help me reflect on the desition, and resulting in a healthy mind, body, and spirit. "One down fall" - One of my first long-term experiences with a therapist, to have had many psychologist, and Psychotherapists, councilors, you (naturally), exspect everyone to be as 'ethically' and 'morally' - un-judgemental, unfortunately, in my experience, that was not the case. Tracy, sets a very (natural) high standard of practice. I have not found a provider that not only is "down to earth" - Yet, professional, challenging when needed, learns with you, not once in almost three years has Tracy, every deflected her opinion on me, never directed, yet allowed safly to assist 'in my self' to come to my answer, and I challenge her, I am no "walk in the park" to have as a client, yet I will, and do go above and beyond, as I feel what I give, is what I will get, and if do not, I will tell (anyone), I need more help, and discuss more. Not only a life-changer, a life perception, that has (by my dedication), and Tracy's suppot been able to integrate new ways of handling, and perceiving experiences, - now this may not be the case for everoene, I am impatient, and the first 1/2-months, I wanted to swap and change, I thought, *No* "I want to try, and see if being patient will "payoff", well... It did." That also comes to Tracy's professionalism, she entered into the professional guidelines with caution I feel, and assessed me as an individual before opening up in practice. Yes. Tracy is not my doctor, she is not my nurse, nor my support worker, she is here for my deep emotional inner feeling to allow me to express that, and as I kindly remind myself, the 'only' person (as my GP), are the two people in my life I can say, I 'Trust' - and 'Betterhelp' has allowed that to contune. Thank you to the staff that work at Betterhelp, the onces that hold there empathy and morals as a beautiful badge, and for you, I say 'Thank You' - Tracy, is not only an assest (is an understatement), I true rock, that knows her to keep within her guidelines, as much as 'I' (myself) get frustrated as at, yet not once had she ever been unprofessional to her practice, nor company, and that I truly admire, and something I have taken away also over the years. Thank you, Tracy. - To a hopeful many more sessions, and "adventures" to come. From Client A now graduate in Mental Health, and student of Parascience (paramedic), I and the close friends I speak to, thank you.

I like better help because it is convenient and easy to use. I wish that my insurance would pay for it.

Great service! So happy to have found it and it was great during the pandemic. We dont always click with a therapist and here we were able to find one miles apart or even straight across the country! The customer service was very helpful too! Thank you betterhelp :)

I mean I am glad I came along the website and signed up to therapy, so far it has been going well. I think it acts as a good buffer for family conflicts or at least trying to keep things peaceful.
