BetterHelp has been the best option for me in finding therapy individually and as a group.

My friend told me about finding her therapist on BetterHelp.com. I completed my intake form and was quickly matched with a therapist. I like being able to do my therapy remotely, as I don't have to drive to an office, and I can even do it in my car. The financial aid I receive because of my lower income has also been helpful. My only complaint is that the billing encourages weekly therapy, and it's annoying once I stopped needing it weekly.

Without BetterHelp, I don’t know what the results or outcome would be for me. I cannot explain it, but the platform is awesome. During the pandemic so many people were locked up and trying to cope. Every time I turned somewhere, I will hear or saw people talking about BetterHelp. From Sarah Jakes to YouTubers and other ordinary people who could no longer meet with a therapist either because they didn’t have the resources or otherwise. Where in the world would I have been able to have a therapist in Hawaii and live miles away. I suffer from PTSD because of the war in my country and nowhere would I have gotten help besides this beautiful platform. Thank you BetterHelp. For helping me live a more fulfilling life. Great therapist who was able to have the session be about the therapy versus the medium or format within which it was being delivered.

My therapist helped me through trying times. I had around-the-clock access to various platforms of communication. My therapist also accommodated my changing schedule as a college student. BetterHelp was a great place for me to access counseling without in-person visits. BetterHelp provides quality therapists with a range of expertise in their portfolio. My experience with my BetterHelp therapist positively changed my whole perspective on life.
