I love BetterHelp!! The groupinars are so informative. It is nice to be able to pick your schedule and basically navigate through your self help at your very own pace. I recommend anyone out there who isn’t already in therapy and loving it, to check this out. It is rather expensive but you get what you pay for! And they have financial support incentives for those who need.

My experience has been great due to the affordability and ease of access to Betterhelp. You can do it all from home for cheaper than through insurance. I have had a lot of productive and helpful sessions with my therapist one on one, as well as in the addictions support group that I attend on most Saturdays 9:30-11am EST.

I love that this app offers tailored mental therapy from the comfort of your home. I love that I was able to carry out my sessions in written chat form, which enabled me to keep notes of mind opening exchanges with my therapist. I love that the therapist I was matched with was absolutely perfect for me, despite having very little hope in therapy altogether at the start, due to horrible past experiences. I also love that you can take breaks from the subscription if you need and that the direction is very understanding of people's needs and accommodates them. I will forever be grateful to betterhelp for the impact it made on my life

I stumbled upon BetterHelp in 2019 after years upon years of failing. This allowed me to meet anywhere I was and at any time I needed to speak to my therapist. It has 100% saved my life.
