My insurance will cover therapy but I wasn’t finding a good match. I found one on here and it’s been worth it. I also love the ability to access worksheets and some really excellent web based groupinars.

BetterHelp is a wonderful resource that makes therapy convenient and affordable. I can say I researched all the well known online therapy services and BetterHelp had the best price, plus you can use FSA/HSA funds! It is easy to schedule appointment’s and there are a variety of ways to meet with your therapist. Highly recommend!

I loved that I can have my therapy sessions any where and at any time in the world. I am always heard and the best thing ever is the privacy. No one even knows I have sessions because they think I’m just texting some friends or working. To me that is priceless.
