Better Help provides great service with using modern technology that's available today. Although some may feel the sessions are short but just be prepared to have your topics ready for the session. Better Help paired me with a therapist that was exactly what I needed. The platforms for communication was very easy to use. They allowed Text, voice and video sessions, which really helped me because when I started I was shy and opted for only text sessions, but as I grew and became more comfortable with my therapist and myself, I graduated to video sessions. I never felt pressured to do anything according to their schedule, and the made everything easy for me. Even when I hit a rough patch they understood my situation and helped me out with it, and they supported me along the way with any questions or concerns that I had. Better Help really does provide better help!

BetterHelp is an awesome way to get in touch with an educated and experienced therapist. Mary was awesome. Each therapist is different, but some can offer phone call, video chat, and text sessions at varying times on varying days. True flexibility! They offer group sessions as well as classes and worksheets. The worksheets I’ve been assigned aren’t “work” but are tools to help you. I really have enjoyed my time with them.

The opportunity to talk with someone when it's convenient for ME is invaluable. The BetterHelp process found a great therapist for me, based on my answers to a series of questions. It is incredibly easy to book time to speak with the therapist and I am able to send messages to my therapist at any time. Answers come back very promptly. BetterHelp also has some financial aid options available, so therapy is within my budget.
