Very helpful staff, they really care. Everyone I’ve spoke with at Better Help have went above and beyond. You have to say isn’t that is how it used to be. Lynda my therapist is very skilled at asking me questions, to get me to see another way. She is non-judge mental, replies to my text, between sessions.

Honestly, I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone that’s looking for support with any aspect of their life. My therapist is amazing and the group therapy sessions that are available are also incredibly helpful. I am so grateful that I found better help!!

I am so happy that I am matched to my therapist Ms. Kelly Mesut. She’s really caring, nice and professional, from her voice to her soul. She always ask great questions that help me figure out the solutions quickly which is really enlightening, though she would say I enlightened myself. She never judge and fully respect my feelings and thoughts, and would guide me to the right way with good questions. I believe her approach is the best for me. Also, she’s super patient. I am so lucky. Last but not least, better help customer support team is one of the best I have ever seen, they always respond in a super efficient and timely manner despite the time zone difference with the ability to make everything’s simple and easy. I started therapy with better help after getting divorced and I’ve continued to stay in it even after the chaos slowed down. I found it to be extremely helpful to have an unbiased person to bounce ideas off of and help with my introspection. My therapists helps me to see things from new perspectives, identify what areas I can work on and what areas I perceived as problems that aren’t really problems at all. She also has given me actionable advice that I can use to help facilitate my personal growth. It’s been awesome! The app is game changing as well. I love how easy it is to schedule and reschedule. Getting in touch with my therapist is super easy too and she usually writes back within a day.
