My experience truly surprised me. I was assigned a therapist younger than me. I thought she might not be able to help me, and I was pleasantly surprised. She is highly intellectual, always gives me ideas for approaching situations in a new way, and provides me with useful information for implementing positive strategies for change. I am lucky to have Better Help.

BetterHelp has been an extremely valuable resource my school has offered to us as students through my doctoral program... I've struggled to find an available therapist for months previous to getting my therapist through BetterHelp. My therapist is a match made in heaven for me. She's lived very similar life experiences going through her own grad school experiences so her abilities and perspective during my pursuing of these professional goals have been deeply encouraging from someone who has actually been there. Totally recommend! So thankful for this service!

BetterHelp connected me with a truly wonderful therapist. It was very easy to get things going, however there were a couple things that weren't explained clearly about connecting via phone, and the way the payment structure worked. This easily could have been my mistake, however. I sometimes don't read through things super clearly. The customer service in sorting these issues out was world class, so overall I was left with a very positive experience. This is a great service for somebody who wants to commit to regular therapy sessions and is able to pay for them on a weekly basis.

My experience with better help has been without stress, or any issues. I like that I am able to choose how I want to spend time with my therapist. Better help is efficient, and well established.

I finally feel like the trauma that has been holding me back has started to clear and my self confidence is starting to take shape. I can't thank them enough.
