Better help is an affordable way to get therapy and the discount option helps me get the help I need without worrying as much about racking up debt while I am on medical leave. I also like that I was able to get an appointment within the week of signing up. Everywhere else I tried told me they were booked 3-6 months out. The therapist I am teamed with experienced as well as respectful and gives good insights when we have a session.

Therapy can be totally scary. It’s the admitting you need support, and feeling very vulnerable. You don’t want to be scammed, it is a lot of money after all. I was very skeptical, but I knew I needed support. So, I signed up and I am very glad I did. BetterHelp ask for your details and what you want from therapy. It’s very clear and they put my safety and well-being as a priority. They match you up to a therapist trained to meet your requirements, but, hey if you’re vibes don’t match, you can just change therapist really easily. I have had a wonderful experience with BetterHelp. I feel listening to, and valued. The ease of having therapy in your own space, at a time which suits you, either live chat or phone call. All monitored through the app, where you can message your therapist between sessions. And if you’re having a problem there’s help close by. Maybe therapy doesn’t have to be so scary after all.

Did what they promised. No tricks or gimmicks. Technology was easy, straightforward to use and worked well. When I wanted to cancel the account for financial reasons, doing so was easy and straightforward.
