I've discovered to much about myself and my therapist "Jason" Has really helped me figure out my past traumas and work through them! I enjoy the home work he gives me that is actively engaging. I'm a better person because of Better Help the way I'm able to do it from home, I have a crazy schedule and not having to drive somewhere is super amazing.

Through BetterHelp Brent has helped me immensely find my way through some very dark times both recently, & mire importantly, through my past, which caused a lot of my current issues. He has given me the tools to recognise, address, work through & move on past many problems in my life. I live in Australia, & yet the distance made no difference when you're talking with someone like Brent who just gets it, & works with you to get you to a better place

I was struggling to find a mental health provider as I just turned 65 and am on Medicare now. Too many do not accept Medicare. I’m thrilled with my BETTERHELP therapist and look forward to our weekly phone visits. My only wish is that it was less expensive as I am on a fixed income. Regardless, I am thankful they provide the opportunity to help.

Amazing! Helped me so much and their availability when you need to talk is amazing . Don’t have to wait for a next appointment like a local therapist office.

The NHS may be a great emergency service for physical symptoms but cannot support the mental health needs of the many who need it. This service does provide help for those that can afford it. Thanks for that but I am only too aware that those in need maybe don't have access. Shame on the British government

Better help is a great option for remote therapy taking the hesitation out of driving and meeting with a stranger in their space. It can be as long or as short of a commitment as you might need. I have no regrets trying Better Help except- maybe I wish I would have tried it sooner instead of being nervous about what it would be like or if I needed it or if it might help. It helps and there was nothing to be nervous about.

I was only a part of better help for a couple months but my experience was great. I turned to better help because I didn’t have any health insurance at the moment. I started a new job and was waiting to get coverage. I really needed to talk to someone and Better help was amazing. I wish they would be able to work with health insurance companies as well because I would’ve definitely kept it.
