betterhelp has been such a lifesaver. it's nice having someone I can communicate with multiple ways, such as text, video or phone. my first match wasn't a good fit for me so I just went to the app, requested a different therapist and it's been a wonderful experience ever since

I am very grateful for Maida Ferraes. I found myself in a place where I needed support and real feedback about my views, behavior, and world processing. The last few years have been very hard for me as a healthcare manager- Registered Nurse. Maida has been open to my request for honest feedback, new ways to view events, and honestly validated some of the feelings I was having. I needed an outside opinion! Maida is very safe and I easily transitioned (which can be very stressful for those of us familiar with therapy) as a new client. Thank you Maida and thank you BetterHelp. The therapist was great! She really helped me at handling my mental problems and struggles. Also the option of choosing chats, or calls allows the patient to benefit of this service without being uncomfortable.
