In the last few years, I was going through a very contentious divorce. On top of that I was going to some hard time at work. I grow up in a time, when it was not cool to reach out to someone if you have problem and learned to deal with it on your own. I reached out to my Employer EAP and they referred me to BetterHelp. I started to talk to therapy, Brandy, who was very attentive to my needs. She have always checking up on me on a weekly basis. Great service from BetterHelp.

I found Betterhelp doing some research on Google and I do not regret getting in touch with them. After filling up a questionnaire with your needs they match you with someone who meets your profile. I was lucky enough to find mine the first time so well done! I highly recommend them.

Offer a variety/countless of options according to your needs. Security and kindness. Patience with clients. Good explanation. Being very specific oriented. It will be very well though to tell clients that the subscription will role to an automatic charge after a few days. Thank you.

Betterhelp has literally been a life saver as a mother of 3 is hard for me to take time to put myself and my mental health first and betterhelp made it convenient enough to be in therapy with my hectic lifestyle. Not only that but i was matched with the most amazing therapist that has been great help to getting my life back on track after my crazy divorce. Very efficient and use full. Was able to get the help I needed very fast. Totally recommend it!

The app is easy to use and the system for matching with a therapist is simple and effective. There are multiple options/avenues for receiving the help you're seeking and the app makes it easy to customize that experience.

Better help is a fantastic service that allows everyone who reaches out for help, to receive it. Their base service which allows you to connect to sooo many therapists in your region, which is catered to you after you take a survey! Therapy can be expensive but they do offer discounts based upon salary and needs, which has been like a lifesaver in tough times. I also have heard text and voice therapy is cheaper then video as an FYI! Don't have money till next paycheck,you can message your therapist and do journals which can be read and responded to by your therapist in the meantime! I could go on about the positives but there is two personal downsides to note; there is no way to do bi-weekly payments/ have sessions every other week on this platform. Also that sessions (video sessions in my case) are about 30 minutes most the time with occasional 45 minute ones. Not the worst but if your paying $125 -/+ per week, it's something to consider.

I never thought therapy would be so life changing! I am great for BetterHelp, not only are they convenient with simply finding a therapist but they will meet you where you are financially. If It wasn’t for their financial aid, the mental health services I have with them would not be possible. That’s such a big factor since one of the main reasons some won’t go to therapy is the cost. Love them! Five stars always
