Betterhelp is an awesome service...it has allowed me to seek professionals even during a dark point in my life going through a divorce, unemployed, and without insurance they offered me a discounted rate that was half what in person counseling cost. They matched me with an excellent therapist on the first try and have been working with him ever since I started. Highly recommend especially if you have no problem doing therapy over the Internet \ video conference.

Better Help truly lives up to its name! First of all, I love my therapist. But as far as the business side, Better Help has been very considerate to my financial situation and worked with me when I had to have surgery and miss a session. They are very responsive and it’s always positive. They figure out how to best help your situation within their perimeters. I highly recommend Better Help!

Carol has really given me the tools to cope with my emotions and I have really discovered myself better. My sessions with Carol have made me grow as a person and I could see a difference. She's really incredible and understanding towards the situations I have faced.
