Better help does a great job at matching people with the right therapist in my opinion. Nearly every criteria I set for a therapist was met on the first match. Maybe I'm lucky but it's been very helpful so far.

Several therapists weren’t calling me back and I was having a hard time finding one, which was frustrating. I came across BetterHelp and had a therapist in a couple days. Cindy is my therapist and I don’t feel like I had to “break her in” by catching up on all my life drama. We just started with the present and have meaningful conversations about the present and the future.

You take a little survey on your preferences, and they match you to a therapist based on your choices! My only regret is not doing this sooner! I love my therapist!!!

In selecting the therapist I'd be working with, she was carefully chosen to be the wisest choice to help me with my issues. Their platform is good and works well. Even if there was a glitch in a video appt, they were very responsive and made sure I didn't lose credit for a session that was in progress when the glitch occurred.

Betterhelp was the only platform where i was able to find the perfect therapist to help with my unique needs. They assist when you are experiencing financial hardships which was so important to me because they make mental health accessible AND affordable. Thank you

I would love it if Better Help allowed for a full hour session so that you Dint feel rushed. No other complaints other than that.

The best part of Better Help, besides the large amount of counselors to choose from that are specific to your needs, is how they offer group therapy sessions. Even better is the fact that there is a group therapy session for every single topic you could possibly imagine. From drug addiction, to the grief of losing someone, to depression, etc... The list is broad. Plus, they let us choose how we want to interact with our therapist/counselor with options to choose video, text, or phone call. And it's all from your home. So, if your depression is so bad that you can't get out of bed, then you can still get help from your very own bed. Priceless.
