Betterhelp is one of the best investments I have made this year I have a very hectic schedule juggling 5 kids and having one on the way. With a full time job to boot. Finding someone to talk too yet a lone someone who cares about my mental health is hard. But with betterhealth I was able to have therapist at my finger tips without waking my 1 year old. I was able to have a complete melt down at work and text my therapist and get restoring thoughts to go back to work without missing a bet. I love the facted that if the first therapist I choose doesn't work out I am able to go to a new one. Without wasting gas or time. I do wish I had more person to person time but with my schedule the live video session are great too.

At first it's hard to remember to use all that's available. Then once you get used to it you have a much better experience. My therapist is very professional and takes good notes also helps me think outside my own box. Which is what we mostly need

I have been in tradition therapy and tried BetterHelp and online counseling and was matched up with a counselor that fit me to a tee. I would highly recommend the services they have to offer not only for their experienced staff but caring group of individuals involved within this organization!

Betrerhelp has both great,timely,and respectful customer service and the therapy has been genuinely helpful the past few weeks.

Good suggestion

I have had the hardest time trying to find a therapist in my area. I’m off on Sundays so having time to make appointments with their and my schedule was impossible. I called offices and they wouldn’t answer, I would leave a message and they wouldn’t call back. My anxiety got so out of control I started having panic attacks and need to see someone right away. I saw better help and have heard of it and I thought I’d give it a shot. I’ve been doing therapy for 2-3 weeks now and I have had very good success with better help. The only thing I would say is they are a little more expensive than someone you can see with insurance in person but you get what you pay for. It is definitely worth the money.

Better help has so far been a great option for me, with its wide range of therapists available to us it made it very easy for me to match with a therapist. It is affordable and I can really feel it making a difference in my life.

I had to fire my first therapist. I’m not happy that you don’t take insurance. Maybe work on that. Paying and getting reimbursed is a pain. Thanks.
