I’ve been using BetterHelp for a while and I love it. I changed therapists when I wanted a new perspective and my newest one is amazing. I pay for 12 weeks at a time and the cost for the 3 months is the same as what I would’ve paid for 3 in-person sessions. I love being able to have my sessions in the comfort of my own home and as someone with such a busy schedule, it can be hard to go in-person.
