I really enjoy Betterhelp. It is more bang for your buck when it comes to personal development (not just therapy). It can be a bit hit or miss depending on the therapist or session you sign up for, but you can always keep looking for what feels right. The first therapist was not a good fit, but my second therapist was exactly who I needed to help me sort through some things. The classes and group sessions have also been very helpful!

Better help is a very easy platform. It is very reliable and safe. Better help matches u with the therapist that u need and offers additional sessions if u want to join. It has many channels to connect with ur therapist so that u choose the most suitable. It makes therapy accessible.

Therapy? From the comfort of your own home and schedule??? What’s not to like?! Plus the groupinars are invaluable and you can sign up for as many as you want. I love the live chat option so I can message my therapist if things happen throughout the day, and we can make sure we talk about them at our weekly session. I would definitely highly recommend BetterHelp for any and everyone. There’s almost always something to gain.

The customer service is amazing, they are always quick to let you know that help is on the way! They go above and beyond. I have also love the platform where by I can have an experienced therapist work with me from the comfort of my home.
