My experience with BetterHelp has been amazing so far. I have only had two video therapy sessions so far with my therapist Tracey, but I have also been writing journal entries on the app and sharing them with her. I like the fact that the app reminds you every day to write a journal entry if you want to, and also allows you to either share your entries with your therapist or keep them private. Tracey always responds to me, validates my feelings, makes me feel heard and actively checks in on me. I feel like I have known her a lot longer than just two weeks. She is very warm, smiley and understanding. I have really liked talking to her on the sessions because she does not interrupt, she listens to whatever I have to say and it makes me feel good to get things off my chest without feeling judged. On the app you can also schedule your own therapy sessions, on dates and times that suit you and work around your life. It is very easy to use. I felt nervous to begin therapy but Tracey has already made me feel confident that therapy will help me :)

BetterHelp helped me with my journey and they always respond to my emails if I had any issues with my sessions, what I noticed is that customer comfort is above everything.

My BetterHelp experience has been phenomenal. I was hesitant to sign up because of the cost, but this is the best therapy experience I've ever had and it has been 100% worth the price tag. My therapist with BetterHelp is the best therapist I've ever had, and I really feel that I'm building skills so that therapy doesn't have to be a permanent part of my life, but maybe something that I come to in times of need and put on pause when I'm doing well, so I am very happy with where I'm headed with BetterHelp.

I went in with a simple question or insecurity to be solved, and my therapist helped me realize that there was much more to it. She was very patient and happy to learn more. She did a great job of promoting BetterHelp as well. The site itself is pretty easy to navigate and get started. No issues on that end.

I must say that my experience has been nothing short of the very best! I think I was very lucky when I went seraching and found by chance--Better Help-- it sounded -good! So i decided that I would try--they said they would find a good match for me--and they did!!When I think about it--it seems I have landed in such a good place after taking a great leap of faith!! Online therapy works-- I talk with my therpaist who is without a doubt the best therapist I have evr had!!!

My therapist is amazing. He really takes time to listen, puts things in a new perspective and gives awesome advice! Classes are very informative too!
