BetterHelp really cares as I was unable to continue sessions to economic hardship & I emailed Heather at BetterHelp & she made it possible for me to continue counselling sessions. Kyle is my counselor & he is highly skilled at helping difficult mind blowing consequences of our society which I am facing. Every day I don't wake up to my little daughter who was taken from me I question everything about the American system & Kyle helps me to focus on me & how I can be a stronger person & more equipped for life's circumstances! I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this mode of therapy makes my life so much easier. Dealing with several illnesses makes it difficult to get out of the house. Being able to have a video session is helpful. Also, being able to be very specific about what I was looking for in a therapist was a huge benefit.

I suffer from high anxiety due to chronic health issues. Betterhelp is amazing. You can journal and send to you therapist when you would like. They have different options on the type of therapy you seek and it is VERY affordable. I have been apart of Betterhelp for a little over a month now and I have recommended Betterhelp to several people. It's convenient in many ways.

It works. It is good in solving problems if there are any.

I've been to various councillors/therapists/group therapy etc since I was a teen. I've never clicked with anyone and don't get much out of the sessions. Now that I've joined better help I've been matched with the best possible person for me. I can message 24/7 and have a meet once a week via video chat, phone call or typed chat. I always use video chat and it works well for me. I feel I'm coming on leaps and bounds since joining so, although it does feel expensive paying monthly, it is definitely worth it for me. If I could change anything it would be paying per week instead of for the full month but that's not that big a deal. Also if my therapist is unavailable one week, there is no discounted price, you still pay the full amount even though you aren't getting the 1:1 which seems a bit unfair, although it doesn't happen often and I understand the therapists need holidays too!

Really good therapist matching service and amazing experience. I would suggest exploring more discounts for people in need as some people really need therapy but simply cant afford it. It could save lives.

Better help is great and amazing I'm glad I've done it. They are very quick to respond and also to get you line up with a therapist. And there's so many options of communication. It makes it easier to talk whatever you're comfortable with. I would highly recommend it.
