Christine Massey was absolutely amazing. From Day 1 we got into the deep nitty gritty of things, and that’s exactly what I needed. I didn’t want small talk, I didn’t need someone to sit and listen to me and ask me how I feel, I needed someone to throw different perspectives at me and ways of handling situations that I struggle with. Going to Betterhelp website is less complicated than seeking out an office. You can speak to someone over the computer from your home instead of traveling around. They tailor your profile to your needs and if you don't like your therapist you can opt for a different one. Highly recommend giving it a try if you feel like your going through a lot or have baggage from the past. Talking it out can help you step back from your problems and better process things instead of getting overwhelmed. Give yourself the chance to be able to take a breathe. I have health problems, and baggage from my past and finally decided I can't do it alone. I needed some pointers to cope with my fear, pain and to not let my past to echo so loudly in my present living. They wont have all the answers, but it sure is nice to know someone hears you and is willing to spend time with you in your time of need.
