Better help was easy to access at a time when I needed the process to start ASAP. From first contact to being in front of a competent counsellor was a matter of a few days. The momentum I felt once I had decided to seek support was still there when I met my counsellor which was important to me as I feared I would find a way of backing out. In just 2 sessions I have made real progress. I realise this might not be realistic for all but I have been surprised at the results. I would recommend Better Help. Be brave and good luck.

My therapist has made this experience great!

I'm surprised with how much I've enjoyed BetterHelp. My therapist Marty is great and is invested in my happiness and success. I like how BetterHelp provides a chat option, multiple call options, and provides group sessions as well. The only things I'd suggest are options to see therapists less frequently (every other week or once a month) for a reduced subscription cost to cater to people that struggle to afford the services.

BetterHelp have really assisted me and the therapist they provided was first class. My experience was excellent.

I love BetterHelp. Not only does BetterHelp offer message, phone or video therapy sessions every week that YOU choose the date and time for, but you can message your therapist usually any day and if they have time will answer you. They do have a normal schedule they follow but at least my therapist is very connected on how she responds to me. BetterHelp offers an online journal with prompts or just a space to talk about your day and vent that can be private or you can share with your therapist (I share mine so she can see how I am feeling on days) as well as Groupinars that are online group therapy sessions on topics that you are not on video for but can watch a licensed therapist give a presentation on topics. You can ask questions in chat but otherwise its all just a presentation on things like childhood trauma, loving yourself, anxiety and depression, addiction and a lot more things. AND! If you miss one, usually you can watch the video replay up to 7 days later which is pretty neat.
