Could have more African American Male Therapists, but great app otherwise

I would still suggest Better Help to people who are in needs for mental health wellness. I wish Better Help can accept high quality health insurance companies and work with them so we don’t have to go through the financial assistance. My experiences with Better Help has been fantastic each time after talking with a professional therapist and get to know myself a lot better than before. I don’t need to be diagnosed with illness but can move forward with a stronger mind and a better version of me than in the past. If people want to be diagnosed with a certain illness, I don’t think Better Help is a place where you should go because you may want to go find a clinical one that's face to face. You have to pay a higher price to let you leave the office with certain assurance that you have mental illness. For most people, Better Help will be a great place to start with and to discover what the past has been affected you in a way to become who you are today. How Better Help can change you in a better way.

Betterhelp is literally half the price of the therapist I was seeing before. They found a therapist for me very quickly within just a few days. The website is easy to navigate and the therapy is good!!

You need to make it possible to see other available appointments without having to cancel the appointment you already have. If it wasn't for the fact I have the best therapist. I would cancel better help in a heartbeat. You make everything way more difficult then it needs to be

I booked some early morning sessions with my therapist. 45 minutes video call. I also use the text function and replies are made within the day, usually ready when i wake up in the morning. It's awesome talking to a therapist from California. I like the different perspective. I feel very interconnected

I really needed therapy I haven't had therapy since elementary school many years ago. It's like a burden being lifted off my shoulders or a lightened load.

Really really good app. Affordable. My therapist was really good and helped me a lot. Would recommend to anyone that needs help. It is great because it work on my time. I work and have a young child, it is virtually impossible to attend an in person session when emotions and mental states are running. Was able to talk to someone asap. Thank you

better help is the most convenient way to find a therapist for your mental health needs at reasonable costs. I wish their pricing plans were more flexible and that it would be easier to work with insurance.
