BetterHelp is great! I’ve been using it for about 6 months and only have good things to say. Besides the great care, I was most surprised with the financing options available. As a full time student money is tight, but with BetterHelp I am able to get a discounted rate that makes therapy very affordable. Likewise, the flexibility of the online therapy meetings is amazing. I no longer have to miss school to drive to an office because I can conveniently schedule a meeting from anywhere! In terms of therapy, my therapist is the best one I’ve had yet (and I’ve had a lot over the years!). She is thoughtful, encouraging and consistent. Definitely recommend giving BetterHelp a try!

Making time to actually find time away from every day life to get in my car and go to therapy was hard. I’d get frustrated and then stop going. This platform has made it so easy. I also am not a journaling person but the suggested topics make it easier for me.
