The app helped me find my therapist

I had been doing therapy here for about 3 months & my progress is incredible good, they are very experienced with my particular case, they totally meets my expectations;

I made an important connection through this app, I look forward to going to therapy now. It has helped me be seen/ heard connecting with a therapist I have things in common with.

I just went through life one trial after another burying my feelings. I found myself so overwhelmed by feelings of guilt, shame, grief, betrayal, low self-esteem. I masked all of these feelings with anger. I was so angry all the time, and I was so afraid to have to face them but my therapist at better health has really helped me to start working through these feelings.

BetterHelp is a fantastic way to see discreet and much needed mental health services. It’s easy and convenient. The video chats are very convenient. My therapist is wonderful. I receive text and reminders. I can message my therapist and she can respond in between sessions. I receive helpful worksheets from my therapist too. There are also group classes that you can take. BetterHealth is truly been a gift to me. I recommend highly their services and app. It’s very confidential.

I find the access to BetterHelp easy, reliable and well thought out. I can easily see myself continuing with the service into the future, while therapy isn't the cheapest service it is very much a fundamental part of my wellbeing. They were willing to work with me by allowing me to buy into the service paying monthly, even with my fixed low income. The program is full of caring counselors who are available in live webinars (classes), and for one on one video or not video phone help. Texting was excellent too for anytime study and communication with my personal counselor! There is always help in some form. I loved the classes and took 35 of them! They helped me with my issues and helped me to understand my companion’s issues too. The counselor gave me some wonderful encouragement and suggestions on how I could move forward in my life. I am so thankful for my help at Better Help.
