The quick match of a good therapist was a God-send.

My therapist fit perfectly to me, I am very satisfied. I was sceptical at first but I guess if you do not find the right person, you should just change it, it is the same as in real life therapy. I am very happy and the best is that it is really affordable. Thank you!

Better Help asked all the right questions to find a therapist who's right for me. I like the Better Help app. It encourages journaling and makes meetings with my therapist easy.

I received help within the first week. The therapists are amazing! Better help is a great organization for people that need therapy.

I definitely recommend Bettet Help. The therapist I work with is hands down great at their job. I feel listened to and feel I have recommendations on practices to make my life better. I’m just under 90 days I feel I have even more clarity of my life’s vision but more importantly am in more control of my emotions. I have just barely started using better help but so far it has so much to offer. There are online class seminars you can attend that help you learn life skills for getting through some of the challenges of today. You have your own personal journal you can set up so that all your journal entries go straight to your therapist. So, if you have a lot to get off your chest but you don't have a therapy session for a few days. You can make a journal entry about it and have it sent to your therapist and when they have a min, they can read it and respond. So, you never feel completely alone. For the actual therapy sessions. You have options of phone, text, or video for whatever you feel comfortable with and or can manage for that day. Better help is going to help me a long way in my therapy journey.

This company not only works with your income but also offers journaling, group sessions, access to your therapist through direct message, and allows you to find who is a good fit for you. Often times that is hard to find because when one person doesn't work then you have to look up another online. Where as here they already make a recommendation of some more you could choose from. It is a very informative site and is open to everyone.

I would like to thanks Jazzmin for assisting me and refunding me the half of the money and for the way she handled my complaint . I really appreciate that and maybe in the future I will give it another chance.
