Better help is the BEST thing that has ever happened to me. I am so grateful for my amazing therapist Mrs C Edwards. She has helped me to be more confident and she has given me the courage to be my best self regardless of what others think. She has encouraged my growth and supported me through hard times. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. I also love that they have different plans to help fit your financial needs… if you need someone to talk to, better help is the answer. This company is amazing, they work fast to match you and their therapists are amazing. My 1st match was a success, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with her. Unlike other places that make you undergo a consultation appointment and make you wait 1-2 months to even talk to a therapist. I needed help asap and they provided that to me.

BetterHelp is a great alternative to the traditional face-to-face therapy. I love that I can meet with my therapist from the comfort of my home and avoid traveling to a doctor's office (which would take me a significant amount of travel time since I'm located out of the city). BetterHelp also provides the advantage of weekly phone calls/video conferences, with additional communication with your therapist via messaging throughout the week. I was matched with a wonderful therapist on the first go. I can't imagine doing therapy another way since trying BetterHelp.

I've been on Betterhelp for 3-4 years cumulatively with some breaks inbetween. I like that it makes therapy so affordable and easy to access for me. It can be hard to find a therapist that hits the spot - or something they will leave the platform - but at least they have many options. The customer service is helpful and responsive within the day which I really appreciate. I like that there are also classes to join so I can learn information lead by an expert without having to pay extra for it. Thanks for having my back.

Betterhelp is so easy to begin and maintain therapy online or by phone. The online platform is well organized and easy to use and the free courses are an added value. I highly recommend it for anyone who feels they could use support or is going thru a particularly challenging time. I've only done therapy a few times in my life and Betterhelp has changed how accessible it is so I can keep it in my life as needed.
