BetterHelp is an excellent resource to find affordable therapy. Living in a rural community with very few therapists makes it difficult to find the time to drive the distance to a decent therapist. BetterHelp is the answer to those difficulties as you can find a therapist that works with your needs, and you can do it from your own home … right from your phone. I truly appreciate the journaling feature that can be shared with your therapist for even more help,

I provided a couple of employees with gift memberships to Better Help after the sudden loss of a co-worker. Unfortunately the long daily work schedule of my employees and the timing of available Therapists did not work out. We could not schedule any sessions. The real factor in Judging the performance of a company ( Better Help) is not when services are provided, it is when there is a problem. In this case even though we signed a contract to provide services to our employees, Better help realized the unfortunate schedule conflict and rectified the situation. The company went above and beyond and showed us their true integrity by correcting the situation. I would not have any problem scheduling Therapy form Better Help in the future and Highly recommend them

When I tried BetterHelp I was in a really bad place. I really did not expect much when I signed up but the whole process went so well and so quickly I was surprised. Once I was connected with a provider, I could not have imagined connecting with someone so quickly over this platform. Contacting BetterHelp and Connecting with Melloney my therapist has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. On top of connecting with a great provider I do not have to deal with the stress of going to an office. Using my phone, ipad or laptop, I can have my session wherever I feel most peaceful. I cannot recommend them enough!

Betterhelp is a great service. Through my membership I have access to a weekly live therapy session, a weekly group session, and I can register for as many classes I'd like. All of which are also conducted by licensed therapists. The flexibility of the therapy, group sessions, and classes are also perfect for working professionals who do not have time to do traditional in person therapy options. I also want to add for the classes if you happen to miss them you can still access a recording of the classes for up to 7 days and often also have access/the ability to download any resources given by the instructor. This is especially helpful if you want to go back and reference something from the class. Love betterhelp!

I am very grateful for the ease with which I was able to find a counselor right away for my needs. The prices are income-based, so I found them affordable (and you can pay with your HSA!). My counselor was exactly what I needed when I needed her. My thanks to BetterHelp for everything.
