I live in a very small, rural town where it is hard to get excellent providers, and the wait time can be months. BetterHelp was an excellent platform to get me help and support in a timely manner, from my comfort of my home. I love that I was able to select a provider that matched my cultural, and spiritual beliefs. This is highly important to me and I wanted a Christian counselor which is even harder to come by in a small town. I had an excellent experience using BetterHelp. I'm sad that my employee assistant program is changing to ComPsych. I do hope ComPsych uses BetterHelp.

I was matched to a therapist according to my specific needs. I had several phone sessions. ( Skype was also available) Right from the start my therapist was so nice- professional, friendly and an excellent listener. I was given the tools and coping strategies which I can take forward and use whenever I need to. Thank you BetterHelp.

The individual therapist that BetterHelp arranged for me is amazing. She is helping me regain my feeling of self-worth. My therapist is helping me move forward from a bad situation to enjoying life again. The therapy is free for 3 months! I wouldn't be able to get counseling without their program. The classes that are offered by BetterHelp are extremely educational and enjoyable. I am learning techniques from personal enrichment to having a civil conversation. They offer so many important topics I want to attend (on zoom) them all! The great thing is you can see them all. You just register and if you miss the live class they will give you access to the tape! It's perfect for a busy schedule. The support group has given me a chance to talk with other survivors, share experiences and to feel that I am not alone. BetterHelp has changed my life.

BetterHelp is a great team of professionals that’s eager to help you seek out the right therapist for your needs. They’re very professional and polite throughout the entire process, and even offer financial aid for those who can’t afford to pay full price for to start and remain in therapy. Betterhelp is an essential tool for online therapy. Online therapy can serve as a source of connection and support for clients who live in remote areas or who have limited mobility or limited access to transportation. Again, for clients who just feel better doing a video-call instead than physically going to the office. It also allows for more flexibility in scheduling. Working in a foreign country makes it hard for me to access the local mental health care, since we don't share the language. Betterhelp offers a wide range of possibilities: video-call, chat, phone calls... plus, diary entries! They recently added the possibility of getting group therapy, but I still didn't try it. It's also quite affordable and offers access to well-qualified and experienced therapists. I can't speak for all of them, but I love my therapist, Kirsten. She is so kind and emphatic. She is helping me deal with anxiety and grief since April. I'm using the app and I must say it's very intuitive and easy to use :)
