I have had a great experience so far! I lt's been really beneficial, and I felt like my life improved tremendously after only one session! Of course I scheduled more than one session with my therapist because it continues to add value to my life. It's worth the time, effort, and money! I was struggling to cope with a romantic relationship breakup and a career change all at once so I joined Betterhelp.com. Now I'm lucky to have an experienced and knowledgeable therapist to work with and talk to about these issues. I'm very grateful for this online service, and I would recommend it to anyone who is struggling to cope with life issues or who is interested in therapy!

My Better Help experience is very positive. We are looking at the roots & taking the focus off the semantics of specific situations that trigger me. I feel as if I may actually acknowledge and solve something that has been ailing my soul and life for a long time. I support and recommend Betterhelp to anyone who is seeking therapy. With Betterhelp, I have been able finally start therapy, and it is all due to the online therapy aspect. I have agoraphobia (a fear of leaving your home or even your bedroom) and I have ptsd, both of which often keep me from leaving to go anywhere but work, discouraging me for over a decade from committing to seeking help. I tried, 8 years ago, I went to the doctor and started seeing a therapist, but I could only make myself go twice, and never again. With Betterhelp, I can get the help I need from my comfort zone, but I also have the encouragement to leave that zone afterwards. I am spending more time with my children, and handling everyday life much better. I have no intentions of giving up my therapy with Betterhelp for a long time to come.
