At first I canceled my appointment. Then I rescheduled. It was the best decision ever. This app has been a great help and I hope others join and get the help they need to get some peace and relief. 10/10 highly recommend!

I like BetterHelp in many different ways. I found it more comfortable and convenient to have video conferences with my Therapist. For me I felt more at ease. My Therapist was very helpful. I had issues I had carried for a very long time. I was afraid, embarrassed and I didn’t think I could afford it. BetterHelp made it possible to overcome my fears and get help. I only wish I had freed myself much sooner. I’m so thankful for my freedom I feel like a different, happier person. Thank you BetterHelp. I am hoping all will have the success I have with BetterHelp. Life is so much better.

My therapist Ms. Jackson is fantastic. She listens and guides, and even makes jokes with me because she knows that’s how i communicate best. This platform has helped me open up and feel like myself.

My Therapist is Joe. He is so very compassionate and he even checks on me when I have experienced a bad day or have been sick. I never would have thought an online therapist would be so "personal". I have been actively going for a month and a half now and I am absolutely pleased with the results so far. Would highly recommend them to anyone seek help.

Well Better Help was highly rated and I anticipated very good results. What I’ve experienced is in fact outstanding. Turns out that BH has provided far more than I imagined. When I was between therapists and frustrated with the search process to the point of canceling, Emily (?) stepped in and then gave me 3 options. The second one is now my current therapist and I’m impressed. I’m impressed with BH and I’m very impressed with my therapist. I highly recommend Better Health.

BetterHelp assigned me to an excellent therapist right off the bat and after just four sessions, I’m making immense progress towards my goals that were also elicited in the first session. I’d recommend it for everybody who aims for a better life ahead and it’s also more affordable and convenient than going to an in-person appointment.

I kept hearing about BetterHelp on a few podcasts, and I was curious, so I gave it a go. I am thrilled with the therapist that I am seeing. Their questionnaire is detailed, and they pair you with the right person, and if they don’t, you can switch. I’ve already recommended BetteHelp to other people.

So glad I found Better Health has been a good experience.
