Connection, convenience. No contracts

I thought about signing up for so long before I did, and I was so glad when I finally did! I was matched with a lovely, kind and compassionate therapist who has already helped me immensely. And I don't need to leave the house for an appointment, which as a working mum is something I really appreciate. I really think everybody should be using this app!

If you download the app help is there anytime. They have great features like your own digital journal the therapy is on the app and they pair you with a therapist based on your needs. You can chat, phone, video with therapist. To schedule a meeting with therapist is super easy. If u want additional help there is extra classes that u can attend. There is worksheets that help with therapy. It's an awesome app to use I recommend it to any one who might be struggling with life and need a boost in the right direction.

I had a great experience utilizing better help therapist and counselors in a time of my need. They were open great listeners had great resources to share free classes 24-hour access mentoring and daily journal options this is a great service for anyone who needs someone to talk to or is trying to figure out where to go in their life.

Not only was I paired with a Therapist that was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They have virtual Group Therapy. I have to admit, I had never been to a group session let along virtually and I honestly didn't hold out much hope, but I have to admit I loved it so much that I plan on doing group weekly (for those that are long-term). I highly recommend BetterHelp to anyone struggling in any aspect of their life because no matter what it is, I am confident they will match you up with someone who can help. Remember self-care is not selfish.

I like it how I feel welcome every time I come here. I also love how BetterHelp could match anyone with the right therapist that they need, and even if the therapist isn't the right one for them, Betterhelp could go find another that best suits them. Just in case, if anyone needs to know this, it's not too late to go get help. There is always a way to overcome what you're going through. I do have faith that others, including myself, can make it through.
