i have been using betterhelp for a year now and highly recommend it you get to choose who you work with (and can change therapist with just a click of a button until you find your perfect fit) 45 minutes every week one to one therapy all the class you want to attend and you can join one group session each week all included in the price i love betterhelp

It’s actually really a nice app. You can schedule your sessions very easily, and the whole process is pretty painless to set up. I like that I have flexitans can choose video, call, or text. I LOVE the financial aid feature as well.

I approached the BetterHelp platform by responding as clearly as I could to the prompts and questions and it paired me with my therapist, Mignon Johnson. She was helpful and very effective for me from the first session. The BetterHelp platform is intuitive and easy to use. It makes approaching therapy something that is easy to integrate into my personal development. It no longer feels like a chore (My previous experience with therapy was that it took too much trouble). Credit here also goes to Mignon who is able to be PRESENT at every session and also when I reach out to her outside of our sessions. I highly recommend both BetterHelp and Mignon Johnson.
