This app is so easy to use. I love all the ways you can communicate with your therapist, how quickly you are matched with a therapist based on your preferences, and all the reminders so you don’t miss appointments. I am recommending to all of my friends!

I'm busy, and the idea of driving to a physical location for therapy was what kept me from going to therapy for years. I joined online so I could get the help I needed without the hassle of having to do a bunch of research if I didn't click well with a therapist. I figured if I didn't like a therapist, I could just ask for a new one, no sweat and no questions asked. Thankfully, the screening quiz is super helpful, and I was placed with a therapist I love and trust on the first try! Heather Ionetz is phenomenal! She's from the same state as I am, so it was really easy to "break the ice" with her. I've been with her for over a year and a half now, and she reaches out to check on me in between sessions just to let me know she has been thinking of me.
