Pretty pleased overall. Easy to use app and fantastic therapist

Better help makes getting the help I need so much more convenient. I'm not sure I would have searched for it if I had to go to an office and take that time out of my day. I am so grateful for my therapist helping me through this tough time to become a better version of myself. Absolutely worth the cost for my mental health Thank you for existing and making this time in my life that much easier better help!

I have begun therapy through BetterHelp after years of therapy with private therapists in office and online. Not only is my well trained and compassionate therapist less financially expensive, she is less costly to me emotionally. By that I mean I get reminders that help me never miss a session. The app makes it possible to cancel sessions without penalty. I used to feel so ashamed if I forgot a session or didn’t show up on the right day. As a person with ADHD this was a big issue for me. The shame of my mistakes made me feel worse about myself. This app takes care of that. I’m so glad I found it.

BetterHelp is awesome. My medical insurance wanted to charge me double my premium for mental health. I do not take medication and so that was excessive. BetterHelp matched me with the perfect therapist. I can participate in group sessions and keep an online journal and choose what I share with my therapist. Sharon Watson is amazing. This is a service for all mankind.

I am enjoying Betterhelp! You get one on one counselling at your own convenience. I love how my appointments involve no commuting! I love how my councillor sends messages and small “homework” throughout the week that enhance my therapy. I haven’t tried any of the classes offered yet, but I’m looking forward to trying some!

Excellent in every way!! I have used another site...wasn't impressed at all now that I have been using BetterHelp. Looking and searching for a therapist or group is easy. Booking on the app is a breeze. Terrific Communication options with my therapist, Love that! Billing was a pleasure to work with, I had an issue, so I emailed and they emailed me back and followed up!!! Thank you Text and email notifications are great if you are busy it helps me keep on track. Overall so pleased.

The perfect app for therapy if you don't have a free therapist in your proximity. The therapists are highly professional. If you're not happy with the therapist which has been allocated to you initially, you can easily switch, no questions asked. You can text, phone call, video call, etc. with your therapist. For all the services offered, the price is very reasonable (in my opinion low).

Its worth the money! I have been with the platform for 3 years. You'll have a private session weekly with your personal therapist (you can switch if you feel you don't match), you'll also have a group session weekly where you can choose a topic, you'll also have Classes weekly with a therapist. The customer service is very prompt and helpful. If you diligently use of all the subscription is offering, you are getting your money's worth.
