I honestly don't really have an opinion about Betterhelp. I discovered it a few years ago in I think April 2020 and then, over a few years later, I had my very first appointment. But I do think it's also a great place to go when you have to wait over a while for your appointment with your other therapist at the clinic that you go to and I think we all need therapy as many times a day and also a week and all of the support we can get no matter where we are. But it looks like I won't be having any therapy today, and it sucks!

Convenient and Adaptable! I have found BetterHelp to really fit in with my busy lifestyle over the past few years. It is easy to switch therapists if the match isn't great. Also, as a full time student with a part time job and other extracurriculars, it gives me the flexibility to have a session on the go in a park for cafe or library corner so I can always fit my sessions in and not miss due to other commitments. I even fit one in during a staff beach event! I recommend to everyone.

They matched me up with a wonderful therapist who is a great listener, kind and has helped me so much. Betterhelp is an awesome site. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help. Do it!
