I've been with Jeffrey for less than a month, having previously attempted face-to-face sessions with two other therapists that didn't quite click for me. Jeffrey stands out as highly professional, and remarkably, we've achieved success in this brief period. I can't help but envision the progress we might make in the next three or even six months. Betterhelp was a help for me just when I needed it. It took me awhile to find the answers I needed because I'm an older untechie. But older people need help too. I have to say Betterhelp truly did help me in more ways than therapy. As an older person living on a strict budget, they helped me get the help I needed by having financial aid for those who qualify. My very nice and helpful therapist was the icing on the cake!

It is very accommodating to my schedule, easy and accessible to use, and offers a variety of resources beyond therapy video calls-- such as phone calls, personal chat messaging with my therapist, weekly group therapy offerings, and annual tracking of things relevant to me. My counselor was personally matched to me, and the offer to change at any time is nice. Additionally, betterhelp offers financial aid to those in need.
