I chose Better Help because I liked the idea of doing therapy wherever and whenever just being on my phone. It is also way more adffordable than having therapy sessions where I live. The great think is one can choose how will they communicate with their therapist. (writing , calling, video chat). One can also decide to change their therapist if there is any issue. The app itself is easy to use and understand. I also like that the app itself is protected with a password. For me five out of five!
