I love Betterhelp

Easy process from start to finish. Matched with a therapist within 24 hours. Its only been 3 weeks of telehealth therapy for me, but I'm so happy with how much progress I've made since then. I look forward to continuing my membership and my ongoing weekly sessions with my therapist. She is amazing! If you are of Christian faith, I highly recommend Melinda Miller. You will not be disappointed. She is so easy to talk to, and you leave each session feeling so fulfilled!

My experience with Better Help has been very positive. Je'riel Harvey is my therapist. He is kind, funny and compassionate. He is knowledgeable and patient. I feel comfortable, especially as time goes on. I've been talking with Je'riel since late November I believe. He assigns homework based on my needs and I'm never "in trouble" if I haven't completed it or have trouble with it. Growing up, if mom asked us about something we did or said (or didn't do or didn't say) it would turn into an interrogation, hours or days long. I realized, in therapy, that even at 49.5 years old, I still have an adverse reaction to being asked questions, especially if they are difficult. However, Je'riel is NOT my mom and HE is patient with me. He tells me, "take your time, it's ok" simple words, yet so healing. I am grateful for my experience so far and look forward to each session 🙏.

Melody is an Excellent therapist. Be sure you ask for a specialty counselor if needed. Trauma, finances, relationships, abuse or whatever the situation is so they can pair you with a list of those specialized therapists. Great experience for me.
