This service has completely changed how I feel about the mental health industry. Getting tired of the farcical NHS and completely negligent regard for people with mental health issues, it is vital for people to have easy and (most importantly) quick access to healthcare. But Betterhelp goes a step further, it matches you with a therapist based on the site asking you various questions about yourself. The therapist I am working with is brilliant, hands down the best I have worked with. If you have ever struggled with access to proper support, have lost faith in the NHS or just need someone you can trust, then please go with Betterhelp - you won't regret it (and you probably deserve it).

I was able to find the right therapist for me and I was not limited to people in my area. I have the options for Video, Phone and just chat therapy sessions.

The first therapist I matched with has been my constant. She taught me to manage my symptoms and it has completely changed my life. My symptoms used to dictate my life and now I am in charge. I am forever thankful for BetterHelp.

I had been going through a rough patch and was debating on therapy for a while, and one day I just snapped and broke down. I went to BetterHelp because I’d heard it advertised, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. The app is very convenient to use- you can message your therapist, schedule video calls, phone calls, and even have an option for group therapy. Based on a questionnaire, BetterHelp matches you with a therapist whom you can change from at any time, but I feel the questionnaire was very spot on and matched me with a great therapist for me and my needs. They do offer a wide range of therapists based on what they specialize in and even if you prefer male/female/poc/religious/non-religious, etc. I’m very impressed!

When I found BetterHelp, I was feeling very lost in my life. I felt no one understood me or could help me. I felt that I was all alone. I also felt that other people had bigger problems to deal with, so I shouldn't bother them with mine. When I found BetterHelp, I found someone who seemed to understand me and make me feel that even though my problems may not be as vast as someone else's they're my problems and therefore they matter. .... and therefore, I matter.

Betterhelp is its moniker. I love the ease of getting in, the fair pricing, the therapy styles, and the therapist panel of choosing my own, or getting "matched". I have enjoyed my therapists and I adore the journaling exercises, as well as the easy appointment scheduling process, the daily exercises that are available and the assessment processing... it's just super nice to be treated in an orderly manner which helps manage the chaos of emotional stressing getting therapy and exposing yourself to a stranger - even if a dr of sorts... . There are a few technical program growth needs that could help others possibly, but I'm not a company tech and the important thing is - that I called and was able to share and feel I was heard and treated with concern and care, even if I wasn't a tech...I felt they listened patiently, aware they were at hand with a human needing mental help... they never once made me feel ill or unworthy.
