I have now met with my therapist three times, and I have already started to see a difference in my way of interacting with people, as well as respecting myself and opinions first before considering others. I am happy that I made the decision to seek therapy instead of just just dealing with things as I have.

I’ve been using it since June 2023 and enjoy the unlimited classes that I can interact chat with anonymously and access the replay for 7 days. I appreciate the weekly zoom group sessions and even if there’s a technical difficulty, they will let us take another group session to make up for it. I love the energy psychology and hypnosis for relaxation wellness group sessions the most. I enjoy taking advantage of the weekly 1:1 sessions as well even if it’s just venting or ranting for 30 minutes if not 45. I’m still getting used to messaging. Journaling is interesting and it’s up to you how long it can be but apparently over 500 words that are shared with therapist are considered a session so double check with them. They seem flexible with different plans and can’t diagnose, but are professional support system etc. It’s simple enough to rematch and read through different therapists depending on your needs as well.
