BetterHelp has been so helpful on my journey. My therapist is great and the convenience of being able to attend my sessions anywhere is really awesome too.

What made my experience with Better Help great was how they asked you a few questions to better match you with a therapist. I had 3 free sessions with my therapist Brandy Walker, thanks to Avēsis. After my second session I knew I wanted to continue my therapy sessions with Brandy. I can open up to her and not feel embarrassed or even ashamed. She gives great advice and she really listens. To be able to talk to someone who won't past judgment and who is really there for support means a lot to me. I get that from Brandy. Thank you Brandy and thank you Better Help for matching me up with Brandy. 🙂

Originally was skeptical, but taking the plunge has already helped me out a lot over 3 weeks. It's expensive but my therapist is very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. My mother is a counselor who does in-person sessions and it seems like this is a more affordable and streamlined way to get connected with an expert who can help you work out your issues and get better.

BetterHelp has provided me with affordable, quality mental Healthcare. They make the process of receiving therapy convenient and intuitive.

If you take the time to find the right therapist who will give you the tools you need to navigate the challenges you face you will not be disappointed. You must do your part and also have an expectation of your therapist. You have to do the work and you will truly benefit from this experience.

Before engaging I wondered what being online would bring. Actually Better Help is well thought through: there's interaction between sessions and other resources available too. I would strongly recommend checking them out. I've found the therapist to be really professional but personable too. Supportive as well as making me think. Things are becoming clearer

BetterHelp really tries to help you find the support you need. When I had trouble finding the right therapist for me, they made it easy to do so and when the therapist missed a session they gave me extra time to my plan for free. So supportive!
