This is truly therapy made simple. It was always so hard to find a therapist and then go into their office, meet with them and see if we were a good fit for each other and they understood my needs. I also struggled with insurance and with paying. With betterhelp, they did all the work and all I had to do was show up for a video meeting on my tablet and be ready to answer some questions! Paying was a breeze and my insurance covered it!

Apart from being efficient and reliable, it is a secure platform for people to be able to open up to therapists in a secure and safe environment. The greatest thing about better help is therapy on your terms. Being able to schedule sessions at odd times, or doing therapy in the car. For a busy professional, it has been the only way to do therapy in my experience. Therapy doesn’t work if you never have time to go!
