My experience with Better Help was a great one. While costly, I did enjoy the convenience of scheduling a video session as early or far out as my therapist would offer. I am a teacher with an extremely busy schedule, so having the ability to tune in whenever/wherever (and reschedule sessions) was a lifesaver. I appreciate the look and overall layout of the site, as well as the ease with which it was designed for customers/patients. Lastly, I loved the tasks/worksheets bar and custom journal settings. Not only was I able to journal my thoughts and save them until I felt more comfortable sharing them with my therapist, but I was given many tools to help me practice my new coping strategies that I could access anytime I needed to. My favorite feature was the Goal Setting sheet. It was a great reminder of why I was doing this. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention...the Better Help Team is wonderful. I received a kind email explaining how payments work and was even offered a few free sessions for the trouble I'd experienced early on regarding payments. Thank you to the team member who helped me. I'm sorry I don't have that message anymore, or else I would've given her a shoutout!

First off, I am very pleased with Better Help. Second, I am very thankful for my therapist Adrienne Thomas! She has given great advice on how to work through the challenges my marriage had suffered. I believe that if I hadn’t reached out to better help, I would still be dealing with the same challenges, and I wouldn’t have met Adrienne. I highly recommend better help and Adrienne Thomas! Better help also helps with discounted rates, depending on income.

I probably wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Better Help

Better Help assigned me with someone that truly helped and wasn't biased. I felt very safe in being myself and talking to my therapist with no problem and I felt very progressive in attacking my issues head on and left nothing behind. I was suspicious because it was affordable but when I placed with someone who helped those worries went out the window.
