Better Help therapy is working well for me. I love the simplicity of virtual therapy. There are excellent classes on current mental health techniques and on common issues and concerns.

The match with my therapist was great. The therapist had obviously read my intake info and it was really easy to start chatting. I’ve benefited from the guided journal.

Scheduling a video session made easy. Session are your convenience at home so driving or being late to appointment.
